Taking advantage of the spring FLAAPM meeting being adjacent to Disney Springs to walk along the water… and then testing how fast I could undo the health benefits from walking by indulging in treats! (those cookies were as big as my fist!!!)

@SonjaDieterich Also I extended the bake time by about ten minutes, but I had different pan dimensions than is stated in the recipe so that probably impacted it
Day One of the Patient Communication for Medical Physicists Workshop complete ✅ Had a great time practicing my communication skills with such an enthusiastic group!
@SonjaDieterich It’s actually a printed recipe in an old magazine! Its more chocolate cake than brownie but tasted good. I substituted cocoa powder + veggie oil for the unsweetened chocolate for convenience, I’d also say to beat the cream cheese and sugar together before adding the egg
