''It'll take 5 working days" and it's gotten over 3 months now. 20k vanished to the sky just like that. Opay seems to be defrauding it's customers now.

Transaction successful but the merchant confirm they didn't received it. I've made complains for 3 months now and Opay don't want to reverse my money back to me . Do Opay now defraud it's customers? Three good months now?

resolved. I also chatted with customers service through the kuda app but they're still yet resolve the said transaction issues. I'm loosing confidence in your bank. It's like am been scammed by your bank. It's going to months now.

@kudahelp_ng On different occasions money was sent to me but none has been debited to my account. I was send the receipt of the funds transfer to me by the senders and I've laid complain through mails with the receipts has evidence but up till now the issues are yet to be
