Since we don’t see them as often, we decided to start a pen pal activity with students in Div 7. We write back and forth & some students have even found their pen pals out on the playground during recess and lunch! Seeing a full mailbox outside our class door is always exciting!

Div 4 started using @SpheroEdu in the @TalmeyLLC with Ms.Yang this week. We spent the block exploring how to use them and will spend the next few weeks learning how to program.

It’s been a challenge to connect with other students in the school while trying to stay safe. Our pod has been trying to liven up the space and maintain connections. We put up a “Peas in the Pod” bulletin board to share about ourselves and created some artwork for our entryway.

What better way to decorate the #classroom than with some student #artwork? We got some beautifully created pieces of #art! Yes - there’s one of me doing a mic drop after “singhing” in class concert. 😅

What an exciting afternoon! We carved pumpkins with our little buddies and focused on leading by example, showing them how to be okay when things get a little messy. �� Some of us were also very prepared! 🔦 #halloween #pumpkincarving

It’s been a busy start to the school year in Div 4! One our main goals this year is to grow our #leadership skills. We are lucky to be working with our little buddies again! Today we showed them how to create mosaic #pumpkins to get ready for #Halloween.
