If only you knew the 'behind-the-scenes' reality of most of the things people flaunt on social media, you wouldn't be in a hurry to comment 'God when' on everything you come across.
🚨🎙️ Micah Richards on Portugal and Cristiano Ronaldo:
🗣️ “Deep down, I actually want Roberto Martínez to bench Cristiano Ronaldo for one game.
Not because I think Ronaldo is the problem, but because I want to see what this Portugal team really looks like without him.
Argentina’s match against Jordan showed that they are still a very good team even without Messi. Messi is a bonus, but the system still works.
Their second-string side looked organised, the football was fluid, the movement was excellent, and every player seemed to know exactly where everyone else would be.
That tells you the manager has built a proper team.
With Portugal, I’m not convinced it’s the same. I don’t think this team would look anywhere near as convincing without Cristiano Ronaldo on the pitch.
For me, that says more about the team and the manager than it does about Ronaldo.
I’m still not convinced Roberto Martínez is the right man for this job.” 👀🇵🇹
If you’re a grown ass man and you resort to insulting, cursing and maliciously attacking people because of football, you have a deeper problem that football can’t solve.
Go fix yourself, brother. You’re not 14 no more.
I’m not sure why Eternal Security continues to be an issue in the faith, but it’s not new.
First, preachers should be more humble and accommodating on the pulpit. Calling people who believe or preach eternal security “demonic” is really poor from Pastor Dolapo. These are young men God is using, and they will be better.
Second, this idea that, it is the people who preach eternal salvation that are making people sin, is very immature if not wicked, but much more opposite of what scripture teaches. Scripture actually clearly says that it is the LAW that causes people to sin.
Then to the main exegesis, scripture actually teaches Eternal Security. It’s so clearly written that, the best you can do is present other parts of scripture (valid) that appear to contradict it (though there’s no contradiction in scripture. Not to recklessly call people who believe in eternal security demonic.
I can give you a plethora of scriptures that unmistakably back eternal security, and I’m not sure why it is so regularly demonized. The best we can do is keep engaging with humility:
John 3:16
John 3:36
John 5:24
John 6:37–40
John 6:47
John 6:54
John 10:27–30
(I have given you eternal life, you cannot perish nor be snatched out of my hands)
Romans 8:1
Romans 8:28–39
Philippians 1:6
1 Thessalonians 5:23–24
2 Timothy 1:12
Hebrews 7:25
(Salvation is entirely God’s work from the beginning to the end. Including Rom 8:38 NOTHING CAN SEPARATE the believer from the love of Christ…)
Ephesians 1:13–14
Ephesians 4:30
2 Corinthians 1:21–22
2 Corinthians 5:5
(We are SEALED in the HOLY GHOST, with a GUARANTEE)
I can reference even MORE scriptures than I already have here to prove eternal salvation.
The fact there are other references that warn the believer not to fall off, does not make Eternal Salvation heretic or demonic. Preachers should be more humble. What you’re calling demonic is actually the written word.
I love how this World Cup is completely exposing the deep-rooted jealousy pundits have for Cristiano Ronaldo.
Zlatan Ibrahimović literally told Ronaldo to relax and stop celebrating his brace against Uzbekistan.
Yet, the exact same Zlatan is shamelessly singing Messi’s praises for scoring against Jordan.
They could not touch Ronaldo while he was playing, this is their one chance to get at him.
But one thing I know is Ronaldo will rise.
Portugal will win the World Cup in the end.
Pass to Felix so he can spin on the half turn and drive? No!
Pass to Ronaldo after he took the defender wide then made a darting run after? No!
100% passing accuracy or I go home🔥🔥🔥
When Vinicius and Mbappe are done with the World Cup, they both need to go on a vacation and talk. Because you can’t tell me these two can’t cause havoc together
