@NdindiNyoro Every time there's something important in parliament, you find a compelling reason to be absent...Finance Bill 25, Gachagua Impeachment, Finance bill 26... We ni mkora wa kawaida bana na watu wanekujua.
Ndindi Nyoro was absent during Finance Bill vote. Such a weak spine and a full-time Ruto supporter who moves from one TV to TV to be seen
Someone tell the 'Nancy Pelosi of Kamindi Supermarket' that being neutral in a war means supporting the war. Fence-sitters aren't neutral.
Crash course on contraception, grab a seat🪑
Here’s what you should know about the Pros and Cons of different contraceptive options.
1. Abstinence : 100% effective. Kama akikushika unaanza kuhema kama tractor, it probably won’t work.
2. Pills: quick return to fertility, might be good for acne, good for stabilizing menses for women with irregular flow, might have a negative effect on your mood, not for forgetful people cause you have to remember to take it everyday, not for people who would like to hide it from their partners
3. Depo injections(every 3 months): can cause delayed return of fertility- upto 3 years. For this reason, it’s best for people who are done having kids. Very high levels of hormone in the injection so side effects kwa wingi. Affects your menses. Zinaeza kuwa heavy/absent. Not for people who don’t like injections
4. Implants - most effective statistically, quick return of fertility, can go upto 5 years, your mother in law/twitter bullies might notice the scar. Might make you gain weight. Might affect your mood. Might make your menses lighter with spotting in btn cycles.
5. Copper IUD - can go upto 10years, quick return of fertility, insertion can cause discomfort, menses tend to get heavier with spotting in between, cramps for the first 1-3 months
6. Hormonal IUD - can go upto 5 years, quick return of fertility, insertion can cause discomfort, makes periods much lighter so it’s perfect for women dealing with heavy menses. Can cause cramping for the 1st 1-3 months
7. Condoms - najua hampendi hii but it has no side effects. Also helps protect against sexually transmitted illness.
9. Pull-out: kuwa serious. Just start taking a parenting class or saving money for Marie Stopes
10. Counting days - good for couples who can’t use contraception for religious or cultural reasons. I hope you’re good at math. Praying for you🙏🏾
DStv’s decline in Kenya continues as over 22,000 customers left the service from January to March 2026.
Its subscriber base dropped from 270,017 in December to 248,053 due to high costs, economic pressure and competition from streaming services.
Soon after independence, Kenya’s political elites embraced an Extractive System of government in which a small cabal use their positions to loot public resources at the expense of the ordinary citizen.
Today, under William Ruto, that extractive system has become a full-blown criminal enterprise. Across virtually every public sector, the President, his cabinet, top officials in government, and corrupt businessmen have turned government into their own business. #ukombozi
