Hey Siphers, we’ve been busy behind the scenes getting things ready for you!
🔴 New Features and Hotpatches
Several bugs were fixed via hotpatch yesterday, especially those affecting the new 7 Day Welcome Missions feature, which is designed to improve player retention in the first week. Another hotpatch is coming this week.
🔴 Bugs and Known Issues
Some issues still need more time. e.g. event missions not tracking properly and cannot be fixed with a hotpatch. These will be included in Fish v2, estd. early next month. We are also investigating the white screen problem on devices with Adreno 740 GPUs only. Device-specific bugs take longer to troubleshoot.
🔴 PvPvE Arena Update
Good news for all competitive players! the Arena Flatten Power feature has passed testing and will go live this week! This makes Arena matches fairer and more skill-based. Power gaps between players will be smaller. Your augment setup, ascension, and weapon selection will matter. so fights will come down to strategy and execution
🔴 Servers and Global Launch
We are still running on a single server located in Singapore, so players outside Asia may continue to see higher ping in Arena and co-op modes. Server capacity and regions will be scaled up as we get closer to global launch.
🔴 UA Campaign and Vietnam App Stores
Sipher is finally back on the Vietnam app stores after a long wait. This was one of our biggest blockers, and now that it’s resolved, we’ll resume user acquisition testing in Asia with a heavy focus on Vietnam this week.

Sipher Odyssey: Update and What’s Next
🔴Sipher Adventure is a Big Upgrade!
- Every dungeon in the new Story Mode is a different experience. We added exploration, puzzles, hidden loot, collecting coins, layered on top of the roguelite combat that defines @playSIPHER
- Early progression feels far more rewarding now. Early dungeon clears unlock a new vessel sub-race each time. This gives players a reason to come back, experiment with different play styles.
- This approach is intentional. We looked at proven mobile titles like Cookie Run. Story Mode makes learning the game easier. Endless Anarchy remains the pure roguelite mode for those who want the toughest challenge.
🔴Leveling Up on Tech with Unreal Engine 5.5
- We upgraded from UE5 to UE5.5. we get smarter rendering and better visuals, improved scalability for larger adventure maps, faster development for our dev team.
- Of course, big upgrades bring short-term issues. This build has bugs: UI glitches, some crashes, event tracking errors, and certain dungeons misbehaving. Not ideal, but expected. The important part is that fixes are already in motion, and community bug reports are helping us move quickly.
🔴Community Growth with Real Traction
- Token holders often ask how we are building mindshare (apart from UA and ads). Right now, four initiatives are working in tandem:
1. Creator campaigns (weekly): rewarding edits and clips that showcase gameplay
2. Guild game nights: collabs that bring in 30 to 50 participants per event, social outreach.
3. Bug report bounties: incentivized reporting that improves QA
5. Community nights: every Saturday, AMA, game nights.
- This month, we are adding a Yap-to-Earn campaign with @Kryon_AI. The $300 pool is not the headline. What matters is that it fuels grassroots chatter and rewards creators who already drive awareness of Sipher.

This is still early, but the direction is clear. Players are getting more reasons to play, our tech is setting the stage for bigger adventures ahead, and the community is more energized than ever.

So, you'll dominate with your friends or against them, everything requires lot of progress and best roster, gears. So, start leveling up your resources to fight hard.

Big Sipher update. long one, but worth the read 👇
Adventure Mode is almost here, and it’s one of the biggest steps we’ve taken toward global launch.
This “Story Mode” brings a whole new layer to World Exploration: map discovery, puzzles, traps, looting, and narrative-driven runs on top of the roguelite combat you already know (watch the video).
We ran a public playtest last week and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. If all goes well, the build will be live within a week. And yes, @AskTinNguyen and the dev team have been grinding even on weekends to make sure we get this as soon as possible.
Some people still think Sipher is just button-mashing melee and shooting. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The game already has:
- World Exploration (PvE, Solo and Co-Op)
- Endless Anarchy (endless survival runs)
- Arena (PvP: 1v1v1, 2v2, 3v3)
- AI Hunt (boss fights)
- Colosseum (strategic 1v1, like Tokyo Beast)
...plus a deep item economy, trading marketplace, and 13+ playable characters with unique skills.
Adventure Mode is more than a new feature. It’s a replayability engine, and that’s critical for both gameplay longevity and the item economy.
So where does this take us? Global launch. Retention is everything. If new players drop after Day 1, we fail. With this update, I’m confident retention will rise. Each build takes us one step closer to scaling worldwide on iOS and Android.
Our two key initiatives to grow the community are doing great:
Community Content: More creators are sharing Sipher gameplay, and it’s making an impact. I’d love to see more of our community step up, not just holding $SIPHER as investors, but repping the game as ambassadors.
Guild Game Nights: Guild collabs are growing, bringing Sipher to players who haven’t tried it yet. These events work, and we’ll keep doubling down.
