@guy_leddy I’ve felt your pain. Surprisingly when told, the importers/ distributors think their dealers are doing an amazing job.
Interviewed with Triumph a while back for a role to do with the customers in-store retail journey. Researched 12 dealers and only one actually spoke to me.
