However, the O'Shea report (2023) found that current abortion laws are not meeting the needs of women and pregnant people.

I was delighted to hear yesterday that @sinnfeinireland legislation to remove the mandatory three-day waiting period for abortion care in early pregnancy has passed.

There is still so much we can do to make abortion more accessible in Ireland, but I’m happy we’re a step further.
