Take me back to that Tuesday night when we won the league. One of the greatest nights of my life as an Arsenal fan. The scenes outside the Emirates were just unimaginable. I can't put into words what happened that night, but it will stay with me forever.
The Tuesday night Arsenal won the league outside Emirates will be spoken about the same way the first Afronation attendees in 2019 talk about that holiday
Man City won leagues and people shrugged. Arsenal win the league and rival fans turn into full-time analysts, historians and therapists overnight. 😂 Arsenal really slapped the entire football world awake.
Life as an Arsenal fan the past decade ..
First.. bantered for being shit
then .. bantered for not making it to the UCL
.. then bantered for coming 2nd
Now bantered for not doing the PL/UCL double
Life is getting better 😅😅 the most hated club in football ❤️🤍 COYG !
If this season has taught me anything, it’s that Arsenal are the biggest club in the world, definitely in England.
I used to think it was United. But they don’t have this type of pull lol. Not a football club in history has ever had this many fans care about them.
My fucking club.
A certain team finished 10th.
A certain team played 40 games all season.
Another team had a near death escape from relegation
£400m spent to finish 5th & 25 points behind Arsenal
^^ yet these lot are the loudest
Hand on heart, I dont feel sad at all. Im so fucking proud of this group. Won us a PL after 22 years and took us to a UCL final. Kings who will be remembered forever. 99% of Europe would want our season.
Thank you Mikel and Thank you Arsenal.
I recognise my football club again.
