食事と睡眠適当にする事だって出来ちゃうけど、それの代償が大き過ぎる🤦‍♀️糖質抜くと低血糖になるし力入らないし、遅寝すると体脂肪上がって筋肉量減るし外食すると水分量減るし
結局家で自炊+トレーニングが1番てなる=自粛万歳
