@Keirwales When I was diagnosed with ADHD last year I also scored 8/10 on the AQ10 assessment and have since realised (through research) a lot of the things I struggle with are symptoms of ASD. So my long held diagnosis of BPD could indeed be a misdiagnosis

Just been told my eating disorder day-patient ward is being closed because nurses are being deployed to covid wards. This is how dire the situation is; mental health services shutting and unspecialised nurses being used to treat covid patients #COVID19 #eatingdisorders #NHS

@BellaKoKo Outpatient services are continuing so hold hope, my service is closing for now though sadly. They were extremely unhelpful in offering further support... ED services have SUCH little funding I know, but I've been tossed from pillar to post so many times I'm a wreck 😓

Just tried to email @BorisJohnson @ no.10. kept receiving "please enter a valid message". Tried from different browsers/devices, no joy UNTIL I removed this: "especially when an underfunded NHS cannot support those in need of psychiatric help". Criticism is screened. Terrifying.

I’ve been told to self isolate and am now extremely anxious

My therapist is just wonderful and I’m endlessly grateful for her 🙏🏽
