ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଶିଳ୍ପ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର: ଗଞ୍ଜାମର ହୁମା ଓ ବାହୁଡ଼ାଠାରେ @paradipport ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣରେ ଥିବା ୫,୦୦୫+ ଏକର ସଲ୍ଟ ବୋର୍ଡ ଜମିରେ ଏକ ଆଧୁନିକ ଜାହାଜ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଶିଳ୍ପ (Shipbuilding Unit) ଏବଂ ₹୧୦,୦୦୦ କୋଟି ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦର 'କଣ୍ଟେନର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର' (CMPS) ସ୍ଥାପନ।
ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ: ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଗଞ୍ଜାମରେ ଏକ 'ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର' (RCoE) ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା।
କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଜେଟ୍ ୨୦୨୬-୨୭ର ଯୋଜନାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଫାଇଦା ନେବା ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ତୁରନ୍ତ ଜମି ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନିକଟକୁ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ (DPR) ପଠାଇବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ।
