One party ignores the heartland (because apparently your opinion only matters if you live in a Major coastal city). The other party ignores women all together (keep trying though @EliseStefanik). What’s s common sense middle American female supposed to do?
That the @dccc didn’t support @SusanPalmerOH in a very winnable #OH16 is an affront to all women. Ditto the @ohiogop and @CuyahogaGOP who felt it more appropriate to call me names-than support me.
And no-I can speak firsthand that this isn’t just about women being reluctant to come forward to run. I came forward-and was told basically “sorry, we don’t really care not need you”. Again - sorry to burst the narrative @EliseStefanik and @CheriBustos.
“White/Female/Suburban” shouldn’t be looked as merely a voting bloc to win (Im not a fan of reducing anyone to a generic “voting bloc”). Yet it’s undeniable that no one in Columbus or DC seems to give a damn about us. Look at our lack of representation.
White House reporters coming out of the meeting between President Trump, Senator Chuck Schumer and Rep Nancy Pelosi look stunned. I'm told all three were yelling at each other, sparring openly and accusing each other of mischaracterizing comments.
Congrats @realDonaldTrump - you just cost Ohio 4,500 jobs. GM cited your tariffs as a reason why it will be closing Lordstown. I’d say I can’t wait to see you spin this - but my guess is you will ignore it.
LOL at the fools criticizing the Browns for interviewing a woman. You elected a man with no experience in politics as President. Someone who’s didn’t know the basic facts/details behind virtually every important issue in the US. But you’re worried about a football coach? Please..
Wow! Put aside politics-this is legitimately great! Kudos to John Dorsey and Jimmy and Dee Haslam for thinking outside the box! https://t.co/BKNLAC9dg7
@redsonja0072 And nationally everyone is writing off the state as “solid republican”. Truthfully, we’re a moderate state with many holding beliefs from both parties (IE Fiscally Conservative/Socially Liberal). But instead of leaving-we need to fight for what’s right-fair representation.
This is called “rigging the system”. Effectively cheating voters. TL:DR Ohio gets more conservative legislation that what a plurality of our state wants....
Stunning new stat out of Ohio:
We already knew that Republicans got 12 of OH's 16 US House seats despite winning only 52% of total congressional vote.
But get this: Republicans also managed to hold supermajorities in the Ohio legislature despite LOSING the total state leg vote.
@anthonygonzalez Great to see you stepping out of the stereotype of a vanilla candidate who is running only on the platform of “I played football!”. You’ve really been really vocal about where you stand on important issues such as Judge Kavanaugh in particular. #Sarcasm#Silence

These kind of points that nitpick details (ones which again you can easy explain) - draws away attention from the main issues. Causes me to question his credibility.
I can appreciate someone who is innocent being strong in their own defense. But he’s already making inconsequential points - such as not living close to the area where the party occurred. It’s called a car.
