Big news in Fort Wayne...developers say they have closed on $286 million in project financing for Electric Works. In news release, officials say they expect to invest more than $200 million over next 24 months to redevelop historic former GE campus. @IIB
“This project will have a sizable economic impact during construction and help lead to our fifth straight year of $1 billion in construction projects in Allen County."
