Back in the early 2000s, we had a fire at our Indiana facility that was a total loss. We had to completely start over, rebuilding our equipment lineup piece by piece and oftentimes having all hands on deck (leadership included) after hours to run processes.
Plating telecom components comes with an age-old tradeoff: silver has better conductivity but high cost, while nickel is more cost-effective but its magnetic properties cause undesirable intermodulation. What’s an engineer to do? Tri-M3 is the solution.
