Dice problem:

We need 8 different dice with specific element distributions. Can't buy them anywhere.

Tried permanent markers (fade over time).
Friend is testing 3D prints (don't feel right).

Next option: spend on custom dice?

Brought a prototype on family holiday last week. 5 kids played it.

"Why do all the creatures have the same HP?"

Me: "Because it's simpler to balance."

Them: "But it's boring."

Got home. Rebalanced everything. Sometimes you need fresh eyes to see the obvious.
