What is happening with the customer service for flights on @AmericanAir? 4+ hours for a call back, then they hang up on you when you answer??? I’m trying not to freak out!! Also…is it standard protocol to change nonstop booked flights to ones with layovers or connectors??

Total customer service fail. @LensCrafters why would your customer service hold time exceed 1.5 hours?? None of your stores are open. And you are promoting your online products. Then fall down when someone needs to check on an order.
