@Ross_Greer@scottishgreens Ross the tax system was always progressive in that the more the earn the more you pay. With the divergence from uk tax you were already making higher earners pay more. With fiscal drag due to the lack of band increases you dragged lots more people into higher taxation levels.
@JohnMasonMSP @ShonaRobison@theSNP This won’t raise the stated figure, pension contributions will be used to offset the additional tax for the top end. It’s virtue signalling and Shona Robison herself admitted on radio its fiscal drag that will raise the bulk here.
@HumzaYousaf Taxation is already progressive in that the wealthiest already pay the most. That was already the case before today’s changes. With the Scot gov not following the uk gov in terms of tax Scotland was already taking more from people who make most.
@British_Airways Used VeriFLY and got the green light, still couldn’t check in online. Used travel docs at Ba and got the green light to check in and still could not check in. Now been told to take all my stuff to the airport and check in at the desk. Poor show BA very poor.
@FirstChoiceUK Thanks Lucy, Turkey is red just now, your next update is after the 14 day minimum booking window. You are hedging your bets here and disadvantaging customers at the same time.
@FirstChoiceUK Due to fly to Turkey July 5th 23rd update is within 2 weeks of departure. What am I supposed to do as we won't know if holiday going ahead within 2 weeks.
@NicolaSturgeon@scotgovhealth NI now open vaccination to 30's and use an online booking system. Why can Scotland not have online booking rather than lettering?
