Arkansas is in the process of passing a law that poses financial penalties to schools using reading programs designed by @Columbia @TeachersCollege #tcrwp and @FountasPinnell. The law provides a means to enforce the existing Arkansas Right to Read Act.

@DataCamp in a hierarchical models R course, you use a hate crime data set. Why, from all data set topics that you could possibly choose, would you choose to bring this subject matter into a learning experience? It feels tone deaf.
