As we mark ten years of the School Librarian of the Year Awards, we honour the vital role librarians play in inspiring young minds and enriching school communities.

We also celebrate the launch of the Association of School Librarians, a landmark initiative to support professional development and establish best practices across UAE schools. My warmest congratulations go to this year’s winners.

في عامها العاشر، تواصل "جائزة أمناء مكتبات المدارس" تسليط الضوء على الدور الحيوي الذي يضطلع به أمناء المكتبات في تشكيل وعي الأجيال، وترسيخ ثقافة القراءة والمعرفة في مدارسنا، باعتبارهم شركاء في بناء مجتمع متعلم ومبدع.

كما نثمن إطلاق "رابطة أمناء المكتبات المدرسية" والتي تشكّل خطوة استراتيجية نحو الارتقاء بالأداء المهني، وتوحيد الممارسات التعليمية المتميزة في مختلف مدارس الدولة.
