ASYLUM SEEKER JAILED FOR 12 YEARS AFTER R*PING 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL ABOVE SHOP

An asylum seeker who raped a 12-year-old girl after offering her food and somewhere to stay has been jailed for 12 years.

Mohammed Wahid Mohammed subjected the vulnerable child to a sustained sexual attack in rooms above a shop in Handsworth, Birmingham, where he had been working.

The girl, who had arrived in Birmingham alone, encountered Mohammed outside Villa Supermarket on Villa Road.

He offered her snacks and somewhere to stay after learning she had nowhere to go.

But after taking her inside the premises, Mohammed locked her in a room and subjected her to a prolonged attack.

He was later convicted of three counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault involving a child under the age of 13.

During the case, Mohammed attempted to argue that the girl had consented.

However, a child under 13 cannot legally consent to sexual activity.

The court heard the girl had initially attempted to make herself appear older, but disclosed her true age before the sexual offences took place.

Her ordeal eventually came to an end after workers at a nearby takeaway became suspicious and recognised her from a missing persons appeal.

Authorities were contacted and Mohammed was subsequently arrested.

Sentencing him to 12 years in prison, Judge Roderick Henderson described Mohammed as a “dangerous offender” and imposed a further five-year extended licence period.

The judge said:

“This was a sustained event, albeit on one day. There was some grooming although it was limited in time. But you exploited her because she was plainly young and effectively away from home.”

Mohammed was reported during the proceedings to be seeking asylum from Syria.

His immigration status and any potential deportation following his sentence are matters to be dealt with separately by the relevant authorities.

No deportation order was made by the sentencing judge, with the issue instead left for immigration authorities to determine.

Mohammed will serve his prison sentence before becoming subject to the extended licence imposed by the court.

A 16-year-old girl was raped while walking home from work in Sweden.

Her attacker was convicted and sentenced to just three years. Prosecutors wanted him deported, but the court refused because his refugee status meant the crime did not meet the legal threshold for removal.

So the victim lives with the consequences, while the man who raped her gets to remain in the country after serving his sentence.

Europe has become so obsessed with protecting the rights of offenders that it keeps forgetting the rights of the women they hurt.

@KingBobIIV This is why I advise everyone to be anonymous. Anonymity is what prevents this kind of attack.

It also prevents persecution, arrests on bullshit charges, physical attacks, debanking, doxxing, you name it, anonymity makes it next to impossible if done correctly.
