@audiblesupport why has my card been charged? I don't have an active subscription. Please refund this ASAP

@cathaypacific I arrived in Sydney on my final flight with Cathay. The next flight is domestic economy with Qantas. Am I able to use the Cathay business lounge after arriving on a business Cathay ticket if I'm not continuing my journey with Cathay?

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

@cathaypacific with my business class ticket, can I use the business class lounge at Sydney on arrival from Hong Kong? I am flying domestic to port macquarie in 6 hours and my back hurts

@santanderukhelp Just opened a savings account while already having a current account. But the confirmation email I received shows there is a typo in my name. How can we fix this so my saver is linked to my existing current account?

@TicketmasterCS Soooo, this ticketmaster presale that's apparently happening now... how exactly do I access it? Website or android app does nothing, gives no options. Had the spinning blue circle at 10am when it started. Now nothing. Help?

@Thefunkypigeon what happened to the custom photo upload socks? I was about to check out after finishing the design and it removed them from my cart and now all of the photo upload ones have vanished from the site!

@UberUKI_Support I redeemed an offer in Uber Eats on Android for 3 free months of Uber One, but it immediately charged my card! Why has this happened? I need this refunded ASAP. Your website support hasn't even acknowledged my initial message in over 3 hours

@AirtimeRewards what happened to the gift cards? Purchase history tab works fine but gift cards don't load any more

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

@McDonaldsUK is the Redhot mayo staying for good? Noticed it didn't disappear off the menu along with the spicy McCrispy

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

Also really really dense in the middle, not light and airy

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

@sainsburys what happened your white batons and baguettines from the bakery? For the past couple months at multiple stores they've tasted worse, come out far too soft and even felt undercooked. If the recipe changed it needs changing back ASAP!

@TSB Hi, new account holder here. Haven't received my internet banking activation code after 11 days

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

@TicketmasterCS One more thing, just to confirm: your website says gift cards can't be used for a few events (e.g. paperless events), can you 100% confirm gift cards are accepted as a payment method for these download festival tickets?

Thanks for the quick response btw

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

@TicketmasterCS How exactly do I use Ticketmaster gift cards to buy: 2 x Download Festival Weekend Arena tix and 1 x Day ticket? Do they have to be separate orders? How many gift cards can I use on one order? Is there a £ limit for how much I can pay using gift card? thanks

[ElHussler @ElHussler]

@PapaJohnsUK Spotted a bug on your website and android app. The Wheat Free version of the "Double Pepperoni" only has single pepperoni on it by default, meaning if you want the double that's advertised you have to add it manually and pay extra for the privilege!
