Just a very dumb amount of metal going out tomorrow. Good morning America. We are going to go 1000x harder.

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

$44,000 big boi plate on the night shift

wonder what parts our customer is going to make

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

metal is boring!

but reindustrializing america, building factories, and an awesome techno-industrial workforce is the most fun thing I have ever done

always appreciate a @tbpn shoutout @gpcastle12

[Brycent @brycent]

I feel the like founders I truly see crushing it are focusing on 1 thing and just using AI to hyperscale faster

Prime example: @noxmetals (does one thing exceptionally well)

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

YC explains why @noxmetals is growing so fast.

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

1 year in the making… you can just build a factory

[Nick Leginza @nickleginza]

@ADoricko C5 + factory = high reindustrialize signal

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

factory use only

A deep dive into FactOS, our industrial superintelligence that will supply every pound of metal in America for millenniums.

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

pretty cool moment today. we have so so many orders going out tomorrow!

i think about 27 total, all that will be made into parts in America

100 orders per day soon. our team rocks 🫡

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

our new quoting/nesting software is ~100x faster than it was 3 months ago ...

10^76 possible combinations to cut this job

there are roughly 10^78 atoms in the universe

and we found one that approximates to the optimal nest

every single person in the history of the world who has done this before us has done with spreadsheets or by hand, taking hours or days... or just a grossly suboptimal solution, that american manufacturers end up paying more for

less than 30 seconds for this to run

a few months ago this would have been impossible for us

nox nesting benchmarks soon

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

Based on 19,959 machine shops, here's where we build stuff in the US.

Midwest - 12,339 - 31%
South - 10,471 - 26%
East - 7,622 - 19%
West - 6,766 - 17%
Other - 2,802

I’d like to give away a free block of 6061 aluminum up to 1,000 LBS.

Whoever comments the coolest thing they are going to make, then makes a video of it, we will deliver to your door asap.

Will ship nationally. 🇺🇸🏭

[Eli Chodock @EliChodock]

@zanehengsperger I'm looking forward to the day where I can tell my kids about that summer where we just built a factory.

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

happy factory friday. the time in your life to start building a factory is today.

[Zane Hengsperger @zanehengsperger]

people say china subsidizes manufacturing

nox metals subsidizes american manufacturing

by building new technology to make the cost to process metal cheap, thru software defined factories

we are lowering COGS for American builders

parts, projects, and things will be produced cheaper in this nation

hardware iterations will happen in days not weeks

as we scale, people are going to be saying “holy shit how was it not this way before”

more metal

wait bro is this price real? @zanehengsperger
