People keep coming here to say that pot smokers are less likely to shoot people than, say, alcoholics. And I agree. But today's ruling applies to ALL controlled substances.
And while I'm happy to argue that crackheads should also have guns, under this logic, I think fewer people agree with me on that. :)

The big case today is US v. Hemani where SCOTUS unamiously ruled that pot smokers can keep their guns. I agree with the outcome: if we're comitted to living in this violent, fucked up society smoking weed shouldn't exclude you from the violence. I guess. Everything is terrible.
