Imagine prepping and going to a whole load of job interviews, half of which were fake?! What a waste of my time! IAM

Jacob at customer services was very rude and unhelpful. I am due a way overdue refund. You're customer services don't help.Please see my emails and stop telling me my case is "still open" & being "escalated"when it is clearly not after 4months.Just process my refund!
