COF backs calls to introduce term limits for MPs

CHAPTER One Foundation (COF) Executive Director Josiah Kalala has backed calls to introduce term limits for Members of Parliament to avoid the over-concentration of power.
Kalala has also supported proposals to appoint Cabinet ministers from outside the National Assembly, saying MPs should concentrate on providing oversight over the Executive.
