When my 12 year old was 6 months old, Kaiser gave us a print out with a LONG list of foods that shouldn’t be introduced until months or years later. Among them were strawberries and egg whites. I threw the list away and I reasonably fed him what we ate.

And both my kids have lived allergy free ever since.
