Update: the Ebten stands are filled now through MFC, and that split is cancelled. I will post a new one for the Christmas stands soon, which also are mostly filled, but there are enough for it to be worthwhile.

Conditionals are required for Hajime, Gundham, Chiaki, and Nagito. If you take Nagito, you also need to take either of the impostors, Yasahiro, or either Teruteru.

Shuichi, Gundham, or Chiaki require Hifumi, either Yasahiro, Nekomaru, or Madarai.
