If consumers controlled how they consumed or interacted with apps, problems like this wouldn’t exist.
If everyone just took their money from these companies and made it harder for them to acquire your $$ this wouldn’t be a problem.
They think yall need them.
I’m old enough to remember being able to turn on the TV and just watch sports without needing 4000 different apps to do so. Just like make it stop. I want to click the on button and just bam, sports right there. Is that too much to ask for? Isn’t technology supposed to make life simpler?

If a unique angle on the HBCU experience is what they were going for they could’ve made it about a black adoptee from a white family attending an HBCU, an African or Caribbean international student in the 60s-80s, literally anything else besides that
I built an AI system that automates product video creation for entire e-commerce catalogs.
(Saves $30K per collection shoot, increases conversion rates by 40% on sites)
Here's how the automation works:
→ Firecrawl scrapes product photos from any e-commerce collection page
→ Google's Veo 3.1 generates professional model videos showing fit and movement
→ Each animation starts and ends with the original photo for seamless looping
→ Videos are automatically organized and stored in Google Drive
→ Everything processes in batches while you handle other business priorities
This system can transform how fashion companies showcase products and consistently drives higher engagement from potential customers.
Static product photos just don't cut it anymore. Customers want to see how clothes actually fit and move before they buy.
Want the complete blueprint? Here are the steps:
1. Like & RT this post ✅
2. Follow me for more e-commerce automation insights
3. Comment "FIT"
I'll send you the entire n8n workflow, all the prompts, and a full setup video for free.
No more expensive video shoots or wondering if your product photos are converting.
Just read that Starbucks lost $30B after hiring a McKinsey consultant as CEO.
Guy spent his career advising founders how to build companies, but never built one himself.
17 months later, he’s gone.
They bring in the Taco Bell CEO…
and the market cap jumps $20B overnight.
Turns out running a company is harder than advising one.

7 years ago I went to an AI & Crypto Summit in Silicon Valley. They were showing models for AI planes, AI surgeons, AI banks, everything. Reps from almost every Fortune 500 company were there talking about how their firms were investing in crypto. About 3,500 people in attendance, and 90% were Asian. My girl and I were unfortunately the only two Black people in the room.
I left that weekend even more bullish on crypto and told everyone back home that would listen to buy Bitcoin and move with urgency because AI was going to change the world as we know it. Most thought I was exaggerating or chasing a scam. Bitcoin was around $5K then.
Often times we lose as a community not because we lack intelligence, but because we’re late to innovation & give too much attention to things that don’t matter, and by the time we pay attention, it’s already too late.
In a joint statement from OpenAI and the Estate of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., OpenAI has officially paused the creation of AI-generated videos depicting Dr. King in Sora 2.
The disrespect toward Black icons must stop. Included in this cancellation should be the likeness of Malcolm X, Michael Jackson, 2Pac, Kobe Bryant, and The Notorious B.I.G.
Given that users can’t create or upload videos of these figures themselves, their inclusion was an intentional choice by OpenAI.
I hope other estates follow the King Estate’s lead and pressure tech companies to stop using Black cultural icons as toys for technology.
I posted that first video, to bring attention to the disrespect and it worked.
