@ElkeMoras @Mailchimp @flcarneiro Hello Elke! Unfortunately, we do not support MailChimp so we won't be able to help. However, we know there is room for improvement for editing experience in MailChimp with CKEditor. 🤞 for a better CKEditor for @Mailchimp soon.

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately this does not solve our problem, but we will work with a workaround with two templates (black bg + white bg) so our content department can switch between them when the content is final.

@ElkeMoras A background color similar to the text color will make the Editor a bit harder to use. We see where you're coming from and we'll share that feedback with our teams internally. For now, try adjusting the background color settings until the content is complete.
