@MonsoonUK returned 2 items in the same parcel. One has been refunded and the other seems to have been lost and not refunded. I have emailed customer service many times and chased, and now feel like I’m being ignored. This item was £75 so not cheap. Not impressed.

Hi, I placed order 90582084 for delivery today and it hasn’t arrived. Going on holiday tomorrow so don’t want it now it’s too late. Paid extra for next day delivery. Not a happy customer. 🙁
