@SouthernRailUK please please please sort out the WiFi on the uckfield line. It is dire& impossible to work from the train. Ticket prices have gone up yet the service is going backwards. Trains are dirty, toilets broken, no power sockets & non existent WiFi. It's a commuter line

@SouthernRailUK your online refund form doesn’t work if you’ve bought a ticket online. It won’t allow anything to be entered into ticket type, and won’t let you proceed without this filled in 🤯 and you’re deducting £10 off the ticket when I couldn’t get to work on 2 strike days
