I broke the moment my baby’s heart stopped beating. I thought I could rebuild myself but I’m slowly starting to realise I will never forget. I will never heal completely. I miss them everyday & I will forever hold them in my heart while I glue myself back together piece by piece
Never underestimate a cycle breaker. Not only did they experience yrs of generational trauma
But they stood in the face of trauma & fought to say, "This ends with me"
This is brave. This is powerful. This comes at a significant cost. Never underestimate a cycle breaker

Introverts don't fit in. They kinda like to be in their own world. Quiet world. Cosy world. A world full of love & good vibes. A world of meaning and deep contemplation. They like to be alone not because they are anti-social, but because they don't need people to feel fulfilled.
Your purpose is to be you. To be raw, to embody love, to be flexible & adaptable, to break the mold, to not try to fit in, to be sexual & spiritual, soft & strong, capable & deserving of rest, to share your light, to share your magic, to be present, to be grateful, to be human
I’m at the calmest point in my life right now. I don’t react to anything. I’m just staying in my own lane, getting my life together, vibing with myself, and learning to be there for me.
Nobody talks about the effects of baby/pregnancy loss. You’re sent away with little explanation, no support, no follow up nothing. You’re expected to go on with life as if nothing happened but Months later you’re still left grieving & no where near “normal” physically.
