We were off on Sunday morning and again this morning. This is unacceptable.

Stop blaming everyone else and look at your incompetence. Maybe try fixing the leaks, infrastructure and actually do repairs.

The South Hills water tower has no water every second day. The people in the area are suffering. No explanation is received as to why and there is no solution ever given.
Just that the tower is empty.
Even our DA Cllr cannot get answers.

@City_Ekurhuleni But the transformer arrived already on Tuesday late afternoon. The Cllr shared a video of its arrival. So this communication sent today makes no sense! Just tell us when the residential areas will have power again. We have no patience and understanding left.

@JHBWater Please explain why only the South Hills water tower has no water again? Surely this tower is not the only water tower that gets supply from the Palmiet Pump Station. So why aren't there more towers with no supply. Why almost every day is there an issue.

@CityPowerJhb So this will be another 2 day outage. One day to find all the faults and another day to repair all of them. This happened two weeks ago - and now again. We cannot be subjected to these long outages in such a short space of time. How do you expect us to live like this.

@CityPowerJhb Power outage in Oakdene, Eastcliff and Linmeyer again. We were off two weeks ago for over 2 days and now once again. This is tiresome. All we're doing is throwing away our food. Our councillor has reported it.
