The day job has been punishing of late. So indulging my writer's passions have been denied at every turn. I have been reading through Mine again, highlighter in hand looking for that line that's going to save give that crucial clue to find all these Voices. Sally does it so well.
Left it alone for a while but I believe it is time to make sure it is done in time. Edits are minor. Still having some grammar, tone, voice issues.

Dropping toxic friends is one of the best things you can do for yourself. If that person always makes you upset, unhappy, uneasy, angry, & likes to rile you up? If you’re scared of them? Listen to your gut. That’s some bad shit.

SP gave a brilliant interview on two SA Radio stations. They spoke about Fuse (not the MOST favourite of all my favourites) but some good comments about her work method.
Editing turned into writing. I was reminded of Kayla's relationship with her Mom. I needed to call back to that. It needs lots of polishing. Comments welcome.

My eyes are like thunderous thunderclouds that flash dramatically with flashing lightning bolts of ... uh. Emotions. I think.
Honestly, I can't tell if I'm having an emotion or a weather event, to be honest.
