Huge thanks to @Delta crew 19.50 flight SEA-JNU July 4th. I'd travelled from London,was knackered, phone wasn't working to call hotel shuttle. She immediately offered to call herself, pointed me in right direction &made sure I got in right one. Incredibly grateful, great service!

Hi @currys just spoken with 4th person on phone saying they are unable to cancel an order made online to collect in store that wasn't received by the store. Store say I have to cancel on the phone. Any idea how we resolve this without involving #tradingstandards ?

Complaint day for me obvs. @Decathlon expect you to pay for your own returns even in the case of a manufacturing flaw. Wth. @DecathlonUK this isn't ok fyi.

Been trying to order pair of shorts from @newlook since 6am 😂 the app kept crashing when I tried to pay with PayPal. Got home from work and tried with credit card. Somehow that logged me out of app. Now won't reset password...

Can anyone help? Applied for #NHS National #Vaccine programme, want to help however I can and as currently out of work TVProducer have skills and (lots of!) time on hands. Had asthma, but no problems or symptoms for years - am I clinically vulnerable and therefore ineligible?
