Not one to tweet but I am appalled by @Hermesparcels service. I posted a customers order and part of it was stolen it was repackaged by the delivery driver / depot. I then get an email saying they can't find it and to check with the customer THAT'S IT. I won't be using them again

@virginmedia customer service. Everything had been very smooth up until this. It was impossible to try and speak to someone on the phone

@virginmedia an error on your behalf. He was told that it's not virgin medias policy to give compensation when they've experience bad

@virginmedia and eventually after nearly an hour was told it could be rebooked but when he asked about any compensation for time wasting

@virginmedia My boyfriend then was trying to find out what had happened and when it could be rectified. He had to explain this so many times

@virginmedia by mistake and we were told the engineer wouldn't be able to install it today as he wouldn't have the correct things.
