@DavidHorne Could you please advise why the 19.03 London kingsx advance to Wakefield has increased suddenly and substantially from £29 to £38.50 with no warning. I travel down twice a week to London and this hits the budget. Even Virgin promised no increase on £29 from 7pm. Thx.

@nxcare Utter rubbish reply...parking costs should be absorbed over the whole route. It’s your costings...you cannot penalise the customer. Megabus charge the same whether you are travelling from Leeds Wakefield or Sheffield to London. Who is your CEO..I want to register a complaint pls

@nxcare Doesn’t make sense. It’s the same route. It always stops at Leeds and then Wakefield.Why penalise somebody for getting on a stop later. So you treat people different in one part of West Yorkshire to another

compensation claim for trains cancelled by snow acknowledged 22/03/18. nothing from Hull trains since since - 3 emails sent by myself - no reply. its an appalling customer service..when will my £48 be refunded.

#bcafcshouldn’t have sacked McCall. In my opinion it would have righted itself. We had players out and from the games I went to no luck.Not blaming current manager but the directors reacted too quickly. No skin in the game and I am sure that’s where the root of the problem lies.

Virgin East Coast trains new booking application is absolutely awful...cumbersome, clunky, time consuming..bring back old one
