@NianticHelp I had an issue with a raid and the in-app Support not decided to give me a replacement remote Raid Pass, except I was not given a new pass. Screenshots to show chat vs what my bag looked like 90 minutes after that (+ proof that I didn’t use it on any other raids 🤷‍♀️)
