@etihad Absolute shambles of an airline, will never use again. Flight EY455 from SYD - AUH landed prematurely in Jakarta due to technical issue. Terrible communication from ground staff waited 6 hours before being told we will be put in a flight tomorrow. Still not given a time.

Also spent $29.99 USD on Wifi that didn’t work for 80% of the flight. By far the worst experience I have had with any airline, shocking communication and lack or transparency. @etihad sort it out, can someone get back to me to deal with this issue.
