*Head coach has always had his guys.

*I know some say - well, Bedard or Schaefer will be there next time...but it took 12 years to get this! McDavid will be 29 before he plays in first Olympics...that can't happen again - but if it does people will regret not putting those guys on.

*For reasons unknown to me... Mark Scheifele remains one of the most underrated players on earth.
