Remember, Orange Theory is a marketing strategy, not a fitness program. EPOC has been disproven time and time again. HIIT is fine but should probably only be done twice a week at most. You’re better off improving your diet, increasing your NEAT...and lifting.

Seeing lots of people doing Whole 30 this month. A better idea would be identifying your emotional connections to food and learn to view food as medicine/nourishment. It’s tougher but will give you a better relationship with food & you can avoid fad diets.
