Saleheh Akbari was born on December 10, 1988, in Arak. She was an operating room technician (a nurse and surgical assistant), an athlete, and a mountain climber with a deep passion for nature and helping others. Her life was filled with love for the nature of Iran, serving people, reading, and her husband.
Ahmad Khodaei, a well-known mountain climber and instructor from Ardabil, met Saleheh during a group climb. This connection turned into friendship, love, and marriage. Despite her family's objections, Saleheh moved from Arak to Ardabil and started a new life with Ahmad and his daughter, Helen. Saleheh had a beautiful relationship with her stepdaughter. They were newlyweds, and their little home was full of life and hope.

بابک صادقی محسنی عاشق طبیعت بود و مادرش در تولد او، مقداری از خاک مزار فرزندش را به طبیعت برد

بابک صادقی محسنی، متولد ۱۳۷۳ در کرج، ساکن همدان و فرزند شیرزن هاجر ملکی، در جریان خیزش مردمی روز ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در تهران‌پارس، با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی به سرش جان باخت.

پیکر او در تاریخ ۲۴ دی‌ماه، تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی و با حضور محدود خانواده و نزدیکان، به خاک سپرده شد.

مادرش، هاجر ملکی، دو روز پیش از خاکسپاری گفته بود:
«گریه نکنید، بابک قهرمانِ. با افتخار سرتون رو بالا بگیرید و بگید خودش این راه رو انتخاب کرد و رفت.»

خواهر بابک ضمن انتشار این ویدیو نوشت:
«هیچ وقت مادرم رو اینجوری شکسته و گرفته ندیده بودم
همیشه پر از شور بود
حس سر زندگی داشت

هیچ وقت مادرم رو اینجوری غمگین ندیده بودم
من امروز با دیدن این تصویر از مادرم یک بار دیگه شکستم و فرو ریختم....

Ali Kamali was charged with "waging war against Allah" and his sentence was issued by Judge Iman Afshari.

The DOJ announced it has arrested a tech CEO and owner of $35M Orange County home for funneling $15M in technology to the regimes's military and nuclear programs.

دادگاه تجدیدنظر تایید کرد:
۱۰ سال حبس علیه زوج بریتانیایی زندانی

دادگاه تجدیدنظر تهران، حکم ۱۰ سال حبس علیه کریگ فورمن و لیندزی فورمن، زوج بریتانیایی محبوس در زندان اوین را عینا تایید کرد.

هر یک از این زوج گردشگر، بهمن‌ماه سال گذشته از سوی شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، به اتهام جاسوسی به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده بودند.

کریگ و لیندزی فورمن، دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۳ برای سفر وارد ایران شدند و تنها چند روز پس از ورودشان به ایران، توسط اطلاعات سپاه کرمان بازداشت شدند.

این زوج بریتانیایی از زمان بازداشت، بخش زیادی از مدت حبس خود را در زندان اوین تهران و اغلب در سلول انفرادی گذرانده‌اند. آن‌ها گفته‌اند با وجود حضور در دادگاه، هیچ مدرکی علیه‌شان ارائه نشده و فرصت موثری برای دفاع از خود نداشته‌اند.

دادبان تاکید می‌کند، بازداشت و محکومیت شهروندان خارجی در ایران طی سال‌های گذشته همواره با انتقادهای جدی درباره امنیتی بودن روند رسیدگی و فقدان دادرسی عادلانه همراه بوده است. شواهد متعدد نشان می‌دهد نهادهای امنیتی و قضایی جمهوری اسلامی در قریب به اتفاق این پرونده‌ها رویکردی مبتنی بر «دیپلماسی گروگان‌گیری» در پیش گرفته‌اند و شهروندان خارجی را به ابزاری برای اعمال فشار سیاسی و چانه‌زنی در روابط بین‌المللی تبدیل کرده‌اند.

در پرونده کریگ و لیندزی فورمن نیز، با توجه به ادعای عدم ارائه ادله، محرومیت از دفاع موثر و نگهداری طولانی‌مدت در سلول انفرادی، مبنای حقوقی محکومیت آن‌ها فاقد وجاهت قانونی است. در چنین شرایطی، صدور و تایید حکم ۱۰ سال حبس بدون ارائه مستندات قابل ارزیابی و بدو�� رعایت کامل تضمین‌های دادرسی عادلانه، از منظر حقوقی و قانونی فاقد توجیه و مشروعیت کافی به نظر می‌رسد.

علی روزبهانی؛
مهندس معمار و نخبه ریاضی که با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جان باخت

علی روزبهانی، متولد ۱۳۷۵، متأهل، فارغ‌التحصیل رشته معماری و از استعدادهای درخشان ریاضی بود.

شامگاه ۱۸ دی‌ماه در محله تهرانپارس، بر اثر شلیک مستقیم گلوله به ناحیه طحال و خونریزی شدید داخلی، جان خود را از دست داد. او در حالی کشته شد که در آغوش همسرش بود.

پیکر علی روزبهانی پس از جان‌باختنش در حیاط بیمارستان الغدیر پیدا شد.

دادبان: بر اساس حقوق بین‌الملل، کشتن هدفمند غیرنظامیان غیرمسلح در جریان سرکوب اعتراضات، چنانچه به‌صورت گسترده یا نظام‌مند صورت گرفته باشد، می‌تواند مصداق جنایت علیه بشریت محسوب شود و موجب مسئولیت کیفری بین‌المللی آمران و عاملان شود.
