I joined the https://t.co/oSTf52jPEf Pactus mini game today.
At first, I thought it was just a quiz.
But it turned out to be a simple learning journey into the Pactus ecosystem:
PAC, validators, NanoPAC, blockchain basics, wallet, transaction, memo and leaderboard.
Small experiences like this matter.
Because adoption does not always start with big apps.
Sometimes, it starts with one simple game that helps one more person understand the network @PactusChain
Learn first.
Interact next.
Build later.

Security Announcement – Pactus v1.15.6
On June 15, we received a report about a critical issue in the Pactus codebase that could allow an unauthorized party to unbond any validator in the network.
Issue details:
https://t.co/CFnIa0AQNg
After receiving the report, we immediately verified the vulnerability and determined that it needed to be fixed before any attacker could gain the opportunity to exploit it against the network.
To reduce the risk of automated monitoring systems, AI agents, and other third parties discovering and abusing the issue before a fix was widely deployed, we chose to address the vulnerability privately and asked node operators to upgrade their nodes as soon as possible.
Now that the network has been secured, we have publicly documented the issue on GitHub and officially released Pactus v1.15.6 as an open-source update.
You can monitor the current network status at:
https://t.co/LD0aRbuiUI
For operators who have not yet upgraded their nodes, we strongly recommend upgrading to v1.15.6 through the download page:
https://t.co/K2fUs6cKWH
We would like to extend our special thanks to @Thanos for responsibly reporting this issue. As a token of our appreciation and in recognition of his contribution to the security of the network, he will receive a bug bounty reward.
We sincerely appreciate the continued support of our community. Together, we make the Pactus network stronger, more secure, and more resilient.
🚨 Official Security Announcement – Pactus v1.15.6

All nodes must upgrade immediately.
This release was built using a hardened, secure process. No further technical details are being disclosed at this time to maintain operational security.
Why not on GitHub yet?
The public GitHub release will be published only after the network is confirmed to be fully safe. Until then, the build is available through trusted, official channels below.
Safe download sources (official & verified):

📢Pactus Validator Delegation is LIVE
We’ve seen strong interest from validators, especially those not yet part of the Pactus network.
To make onboarding easier, we’ve launched validator delegation upgrade now live!.
This allows participation in block production without needing to acquire PAC upfront.
For NEW Validators (from other networks)
We’re offering a limited opportunity to join Pactus with delegated stake provided by us:
• 16,000 PAC (16 validators × 1,000 PAC)
• Zero cost to join
• Earn 50% of block rewards (0.5 PAC/block)
• Rewards go directly to your wallet
Simple Requirements
Run validators on a shared server (1–2 CPU cores). No dedicated setup needed.
Why This Matters
We’re expanding validator participation and improving decentralization across the network.

Pactus Team
We are excited to announce that the second protocol upgrade in the Pactus blockchain has been successfully completed at block height: 6906464 (https://t.co/w4yqrAEYs7)
This was a smooth protocol upgrade and a testament to the strength of the Pactus network. We highly recommend upgrading your node to the latest version, v1.13.0 (Tallinn), if you haven’t already.
This protocol upgrade enables a new feature in the Pactus network: Validator Delegation, as explained in PIP-49 (https://t.co/U8r5V3gopL)
This feature allows users who own Pactus to delegate (lease) their PAC to validator operators and earn a share of the rewards.
This marks an important step toward a more inclusive and scalable ecosystem, empowering more users to actively participate in securing the network and benefiting from its growth.
Stay tuned for more upcoming improvements, and thank you for being part of the Pactus journey.
