Wondering how I did it?
I boiled water, added 2 tablespoons of vinegar, baking soda and lemon juice. I soaked it for 20 minutes and after that, it looked the same so i bought a brand new one.
@DrHouse616@SamaHoole The first sign of low intelligence is the rudeness and the need to insult people.
Time to go back to school and learn some knowledge and to pick up some manors.
@VFinnishProbs All English installation processes always end in Finnish...
Next -> Next -> Next -> Next -> Next-> Next -> Next-> Next -> Next -> Finish.
WTF?
@SamaHoole True! Tribal culture is hard to fight. I guess my triumphant card was that I was Swedish so she had to be open minded from the start. But once we both started to thrive, around 10 years ago, but more "hardcore" ~6 years ago. None of us will look back.
The future is bright Sama!
The Maasai and the Kikuyu lived side by side in 1920s Kenya, and a British survey measured what separated them: about 5 inches and a diet.
The Maasai:
- Milk, meat and blood
- 5 inches taller
- 23lb heavier
- 50% stronger on the dynamometer
The Kikuyu:
- Maize, millet, sweet potato, beans, greens
- More bone deformity
- More rotten teeth
- More anaemia
- More tropical ulcers
Both peoples, one tape measure.
The survey was led by John Boyd Orr, who went on to be the first head of the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization and collected a Nobel Peace Prize along the way.
In 2006 that same organisation published Livestock's Long Shadow, the report that taught the world to blame the cow.
@MikhailaFuller Congratulations in healing from something so impossible. Teaching us about the foods we are suppose to eat, not only the ones we are tolerating. The foods we have evolved to eat.
Thanks.
