California Democrats have actually given $115 million to CHIRLA

The funding is real and comes from state budgets under Governor Gavin Newsom

- $35 million to CHIRLA in 2023–2024 alone as part of broader anti-deportation and immigrant support funding
- Total state funding to similar groups reached $73.6 million in that period, with CHIRLA as a major recipient
- CHIRLA organizes protests and also was involved in migrant resettlements into America
- Additional funding has been given many times

Lifelong Los Angeles resident says she can no longer take living in LA, she’s forced to move because she can’t even leave her home without a knife

“After 23 years of living in this city, why am I now in a week and a half finally moving out and hoping to never come back here as a permanent resident ever, ever, ever again? The city that I grew up in is not recognizable anymore, and I'm just going to go through a few of the things with very little explanation as to why I'm leaving

This is actually based on my actual real personal experience of living in LA for 23 years. I am not a transplant, I'm an actual Angeleno.

First of all, what used to be a fun vibrant city has now become so monetary and hedonistic in culture. The extreme lunatic radical left is now the default culture here. It

— There is rampant drug abuse everywhere. Narcan is treated as something normal to carry around. There's open-air crime with close to zero consequences, and no real criminalization happens for many, many crimes.

Skid Row is a nightmare of human and animal abuse. And the local governments here will not do anything about it because they don't care. LA streets are extremely, extremely dangerous.

I cannot remember the last time that I walked around without a knife, and I don't know a single person who has not been assaulted in some way.

Financially, it is out of control here. The taxes are insane — and California just upped their taxes again.

Many of the taxes go to fraud and illegal immigrants, which is just a whole other problem in itself here. The idea of having kids here or settling down here, just— I, I can't even get that in my brain.“

California has among the highest state income taxes, sales taxes and overall burden yet you get absolutely nothing in return for it but unsafe streets and harassment

The education system is horrible, 53% of students are below in English, 64% are below in math statewide in recent assessments

Crime and drug use are not prosecuted for the protected classes

Nick Shirley finds a healthcare clinic that received $5.5 million dollars from taxpayers in 2025

They claimed to served 348 people in one day

When asked about it they can’t give any answers, start demanding he can’t film and want his ID

The average doctor can only see about 20-30 patients max per day, that’s all that time would allow for

So at 348 patients per day, this clinic would be about 14 full time physicians working

For reference, this would be like a high volume urgent care working with extended hours in a major city, it’s impossible for this clinic. They would need about 50-100 staff members to handle this amount of patients

This is so very clearly fraud
