I'm afraid there needs to be some more downtime as the host confirmed one disk has failed, and the other is showing faults - so we cannot risk this. The site will be going offline shortly to take do an up to date backup in before getting them replaced.

We have lift off (hopefully) - I'll keep an eye on it. Bear in mind your xp gains since the site went down won't register as it's been too long since the last update. Nothing I can do about that to separate legit & false xp gains. Refresh your profile and go from there :)

2/2: The bad news - it's looking as if it could be disk issues. The good news - we have backup disks. I'm optimistic I can recover it but I need some time. This started as a side project and it still is. I'm at work irl 12 hours a day so I have limited time

Another update 1/2: I must apologize to Jagex & @JagexShauny. I was at my wits end and it genuinely looked like a Jagex backend issue with the data not being fetched and no other ideas remaining. It's not. I really appreciate them reaching out. Thank you.

So just an update on this I had a DM from the @Rune_Clan Twitter with some info on Sunday which I then replied with a load of info we need on Monday morning. I’ve had nothing back since :(
