@EM203Macleod I fully agree that hands on learning should be added in more University classes at Laurier. I consider myself someone who learns best that way as well so it would be super beneficial for me too.
@Em203Kaye I agree I think the hands on learning is crucial depending on the job but also can also be a crucial learning strategy depending on the person and the way that they find is easiest to learn.
@ShaliniChirimu1 I also like the way this course keeps us engaged with the different tasks even while being asynchronous. I for one liked learning how to complete a sudoku game and have continued playing more since the task.
@ERosenzwaig I agree with you Eric. EM203 is a pretty relaxed course compared to others I'm taking but it is teaching me a lot about how we learn today and what learning will look like in the future.
In these past few weeks in EM203 I have learned the significance of hands on learning in education. For example having an apprenticeship for a job like plumbing gives a student a better understanding of the requirements of their job.#EM203Robin
