@CCMConcussions educating young players and their families on the risks of head injuries, and the need to listen to their bodies would help players speak out about symptoms and not play through it. Do you agree? #em203robin
@CCMConcussions the issues of concussions leading to CTE in NFL players stems from a lack of knowledge of the danger of contact sport. Do you think this will ever improve? #em203robin

This site provided key information on how concussions can appear in people of any age. As well as the risk of getting another concussion after already having one.#EM203Robin#EM203Research
This study found that ~70% of athletes were asymptomatic on pre-season concussion baseline testing. Which means 30% of athletes WERE symptomatic. With baseline testing, we know who these athletes are so that we can best manage their RTP.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 3 weeks in #EM203Robin. I have got to learn more about various ways people are learning in the 21st century and how learning has evolved throughout the years based on the digital world.
@em203kirat I have also really enjoyed EM203 so far!The digital age is a very interesting topic that is not often discussed in depth in my other classes, so I have really been enjoying this new content.
@EM203leximaciel I have always learned in an environment that is technology focused, however I never really put a lot of thought into the fact that my generation is one of the first to learn this way. It will be interesting to see how it continues to affect us as we age.
@EM203mikem The digital age was something I never really gave much thought to before the beginning of this class. However after learning about it the past three weeks it’s fascinating how far technology has come!
@EM203Ricci I have also really enjoyed the course this far, I feel it is very different than any course I have taken at Laurier this far. It feels more hands on as we are using an everyday social media platform to communicate with one another.
@DaphneeRed9110 The “learning by doing” theory is something that I found very interesting in this course as well! It has allowed me to see the different ways to learn a skill.
#EM203Robin the first three weeks of this class has taught me about the impacts of technology on the we learn in the digital age. I have enjoyed the hands on elements of this course such as introductory cartoons and learning how to knit for my submission for week 3.
