Hi @InnerMammal, I was thinking about ways that university students would be able to better manage stress in their lives, and thought that if Universities implemented mandatory stress management classes it would be beneficial. Let me know your thoughts!

@self_compassion I know that you a big expert on having compassion to ourselves in our daily lives. What would you think about having mandatory stress management classes for university students? I think that it would in the end help university students have self compassion.

My first impression of EM203 has been amazing! My favourite lesson has been lesson 3 because of multi-media. This is an interesting concept to learn about because of the multiple ways that technology can create visuals to produce stop and full motion media. #EM203Robin !
